FAQ

  • You may withdraw from a program or event 10 + days prior to the program date and receive 100% refund. You will receive a 50% refund if you withdraw from a program/event 7 days before the program date. If you withdraw within 6 days prior to the start of a program/event, no refund will be given. If Pinecone Studio cancels a program/event, you will receive a 100% refund in the same form as the original payment or choose to be issued credit towards a future class (credit must be used within one year of issue).

  • Pinecone Studio reserves the right to cancel any program or event that does not have a minimum number of participants for that program/event. Pinecone Studio reserves the right to cancel programs/events, collaborators and speakers, change program times and limit enrollment. Participants will be notified at least 72 hours in advance of changes. If Pinecone Studio cancels a program/event, you will receive 100% refund in the same format of the original payment.

  • During break time, participants may have the option to spend supervised time outside. Pinecone Studio requests that all participants of programs/events that will be conducted outside, dress accordingly (sun-screen, hat, waterproof shoes, etc) for that program. No smoking or vaping allowed on the property. Contact Pinecone Studio should you have any questions at contact@pineconestudio.org

  • Pinecone Studio will continue to follow all procedures and protocols consistent with CDC requirements. Pinecone Studio will continually monitor guidance provided by the CDC regarding public and youth programs/events. Participants are asked to be vaccinated and boosted for COVID and its variants. If not vaccinated, then a mask must be worn during the entire program/event time. Pinecone Studio reserves the right to dismiss any participant that violates these safety protocols and no refunds will be provided.

  • Safety and well-being is of high priority for the participants of Pinecone Studio. The parent/guardian/participant is responsible for communicating allergen information to Pinecone Studio collaborators at the time of registration, prior to the start of any program/event.

    If participant/minor have any allergies, please provide Pinecone Studio with an emergency medical plan of action to follow in the event of an accident/emergency. Participants with food allergies should bring their own snacks and lunches. Please make sure that Pinecone Studio has updated emergency contact information.

    Pinecone Studio will call 911 and collaborators/staff will abide by and follow all EMS/911 instructions during a medical emergency concerning any program participant. Emergency contacts for that participant will be notified by a Pinecone Studio collaborator at the earliest opportunity.

  • In-house studio is NOT wheelchair accessible. Outdoor studio is wheelchair accessible.

  • Pinecone Studio collaborators take photos, digital images, videos and slides of participants in various activities for use in the marketing and promotion of our programs. Unless Pinecone Studio is notified in writing, you grant permission to Pinecone Studio to use the photos, digital images, videos and slides of participants for this stated purpose.

  • All programs/events are developed and maintained by Pinecone Studio. Therefore, concepts, designs and program content are owned by Pinecone Studio. No creative/visual aspect of the programs/events presented by Pinecone Studio can be used without written permission from Pinecone Studio.
