Return Policy
Refunds
You may withdraw from a program or event 10 + days prior to the program date and receive 100% refund. You will receive a 50% refund if you withdraw from a program/event 7 days before the program date. If you withdraw within 6 days prior to the start of a program/event, no refund will be given. If Pinecone Studio cancels a program/event, you will receive a 100% refund in the same form as the original payment or choose to be issued credit towards a future class (credit must be used within one year of issue).
Program Cancellations
Pinecone Studio reserves the right to cancel any program or event that does not have a minimum number of participants for that program/event. Pinecone Studio reserves the right to cancel programs/events, collaborators and speakers, change program times and limit enrollment. Participants will be notified at least 72 hours in advance of changes. If Pinecone Studio cancels a program/event, you will receive 100% refund in the same format of the original payment.
