OUR PERFORMERS
Jud Caswell is an award-winning songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who has been performing in his native state of Maine and beyond for more than 25 years. In 2006 he made a splash on the national scene, winning the legendary Kerrville New Folk competition. He’s had his songs taught at Berklee, recorded by Judy Collins, and named “#4 Song of the Decade” by New York”s WFUV. His record “Live at the Seagull Shop” was the number 1 album on the Folk Alliance International radio charts in March of 2020. Jud is currently releasing a series of albums of music that he recorded during early months of the pandemic. Find out more about Jud at his website judcaswell@gmail.com
Zachary Mullin (Stay on Mars): “Stay on Mars” is a New England hip-hop artist from Portland, Maine, who is also the co-founder of Monday of the Minds, a community hip-hop showcase. The artist’s Instagram account (@stayonmars) features updates on his music, performances, and involvement in the Portland Porpoise swim team.
Sam Jacobsen: Hip-Hop artist and Host of Monday of the Minds. Avid songwriter and freestyler. Active member of the Hip-Hop community in the North Eastern U.S. 1/2 members of Jake’s Arena. Previously opened for R.A. The Rugged Man, Ces Cru, Ace Hood.
Alice Limoges: Born and raised on a mountain by the sea in coastal Maine, Alice was singing before she could walk. With roots grounded in the folk, jazz, and rock traditions of her childhood, Alice's journey led her through seven years in the New York City music scene before the pandemic guided her back to Maine in 2020. Her artistry is marked by her distinct voice, visceral songwriting abilities, and a spirit reminiscent of a classic troubadour. Alice's musical journey spans renowned venues like The Cutting Room and Rockwood Music Hall in NYC, as well as festivals and colleges across the northeast.
